Reiki

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing practice that originated in Japan. The word Reiki comes from two Japanese words: Rei (universal or spiritual wisdom) and ki (life force energy). Together, Reiki means “spiritually guided life force energy.” In a Reiki session, the practitioner channels healing energy through their hands to the recipient, supporting the body, mind, and spirit in restoring balance and harmony. The energy flows where it is most needed – helping to release energetic blockages, reduce stress, ease emotional or physical pain, and activate the body’s natural healing ability.

Reiki is:

  • Non-invasive, deeply relaxing, and safe for all ages
  • Spiritually guided, yet not tied to any specific religion or belief system
  • Often experienced as warmth, tingling, lightness, or deep peace
  • A powerful complement to other healing modalities

Many people describe Reiki as a return to stillness – a quiet homecoming to their inner self where clarity, healing, and spiritual connection can unfold naturally.
